He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Looper and Christene Looper (Phillips); and his brothers, Albert of Billy, JB and Perry Looper. He is survived by: his wife Jewel Looper; his daughter Angie Hopkins (Tommy); his grandchildren, Macy Hopkins and Griffen Hopkins of Ooltewah; his brothers, Doyle Looper of Monterey, TN, Gerald Looper of Anderson, IN, Lelon Looper of Monterey, TN and Bobby Looper of Wilkinson, IN; and his friend Velma Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
