He is survived by: his parents, Lonnie R. Keown and Sue Keown; and his siblings, Sherrie (James Hobby), Kim (Roger Stevens) and Shane (Jamie Keown). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Tyner Cemetery (6620 Bonny Oaks Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37421).
