With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leigh Smith Campbell of Ooltewah, Tennessee, who passed away on February 10, 2025 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leigh Smith Campbell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Preston Smith, Jr. and Laura Mae Chafin Smith. She is survived by: her husband Charles Randall "Randy" Campbell; her daughters, Jennifer Campbell Dueker (Chad) and Wendy Campbell Vastano (Andrew); her grandchildren, Caleb Vastano, Emersyn Dueker, Maddox Vastano, Everlee Dueker, Judah Vastano and Henry Dueker; and her brother Roger Preston Smith (Claire).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to her local Delta Alpha Chapter of the Chi Omega Fraternity Alumnae Association.
