He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oval Gentry and Lennie Capps Gentry. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Gentry; his children, Greg Gentry (Ainslie Plunk) of Asheville, NC, Eric Gentry (Angie) of Georgetown, TN and Leanne Eldridge (Donnie) of Cleveland, TN; his grandchildren, Emily Eldridge, Jacob Eldridge, Anne Marie Eldridge, Walker Gentry and Kennedy Gentry; and his siblings, Susan Jochym and Steve Gentry (Rita). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421).
