She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Z. Ward and Edith White Ward; her husband Clyde Hanchey; her brothers, Jerald Ward (Thelma) and Gene Ward; and her stepchildren, Bert Hanchey, Clydell Elliott and Jerald Hanchey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne Hixon (William) and Arlene Hughes; her granddaughters, Kimberly Ferguson of Ooltewah and Robin Hixon Abel (Mike) of Ooltewah; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Ferguson, Kolbey Caulder (Ben), Piper Campbell and Will Campbell; her great great grandchild Collins Caulder; her stepdaughter Chyrel Lewis (Jim); her close friends, Barbara and Felipe Granada; and her pet Bella.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Homes & Cremation Services - Chattanooga (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421).
