He was predeceased by: his wife Lorena McGarvey; his son Raymond McGarvey; his grandson Aaron Allen Chippoletti; his great grandchild Mi'Jerni Chippoletti; and his sisters, Boots Vonberg, Lois Wilson and Margaret Hargiss.
He is survived by: his son William E. McGarvey; his grandchildren, William J. McGarvey (Amanda), Joshua McGarvey, Matthew McGarvey (Shelby) and Alison Chippoletti; and his great grandchildren, Malayah, Moriyah, Mason, Bailey and Messiah.
