She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Frischmann and Betty Frischmann; and her husband Donald Miller. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristy Pryor (Phil) and Jenny Payne (David) of Chattanooga; her grandchildren, Zoe Pryor, Ava Pryor, Allie Payne and Kelsey Rozzell (Makenna); her brother Fred Frischmann (Lois); her niece Abby Goerz (Ben); her nephew Nathan Frischmann (Nikole); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Everleigh, Adeline Goerz, Tatum and Austin Frischmann.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Joan's memory.
