Foster (Jimmy); his granddaughters, Caitlin Suzanne Foster of Orlando, FL. and Lindsay Carolyn Foster of Orlando, FL.; and his siblings, Ira Clayton Ramsey (Marianne) of Marietta, GA, Mildred Ruth McRae of Quitman, GA, William Donald Ramsey (Elvaree) of Quitman, GA and Charlie Owen Ramsey (Sandra) of Quitman, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
