He was loved and cherished by many people including: his half-sister Dorothy Gifford; his parents, Norma Goins and James Goins; his children, Bubba Goins (Fiancé Brooke Miller) and Brittany DeOcampo (Zac); and his grandchildren, Braxton Goins, Lily DeOcampo and Melissa Goins.
