He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Homer Daves and Evah Turner Daves; his brother Tom Daves; and his brother-in-law Jim Woody. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Floyd Daves; his children, Scott Daves (Paula), Michelle Nicholas (J. D.) and Kevin Daves (Jada); his grandchildren, Brittany Horne (Peyton), Elijah Daves (Hannah), Jordan Clark (Allie), Nehemiah Daves, Jared Nicholas (Amber), Josiah Daves (Hayli), Shayli Daves, Sharayah Daves, Shanel Daves, Shaw Daves and Shafer Daves; and his great grandchildren, Ezra Clark, Isaiah Clark, Aryanna Daves, Lydia Daves, Ryker Daves, Vincent, Reed, Knox Horne and Ada Clark. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
