He was predeceased by: his parents, Vester Stiner and Margaret Stiner; and his brother Gary V. Stiner Sr.. He is survived by: his nephews, Gary V. Stiner Jr. (Jennifer) and Thomas Stiner (Jessica); his niece Jennifer Sisk (Jason); and his uncle Henry Wooden. He is also survived by 5 great-nieces and nephews.
