He was predeceased by: his son Lynn R. Hughes; and his brother Harold Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Hughes; his children, Genean "Pixie" Houts (John) and Ken Hughes (Delilah); his grandchildren, John "Kip" Houts (Tara), Brent Houts (Monica), Allyson Houts Brown and Rachel Hughes Nichols (Blake); and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Jackson, Peyton, Emma, Owen, Lila, Lena and Willow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
