He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Kinser and Opal Watson Jordan; and his siblings, Donnie Kinser and Connie Holbrooks. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Pridgen-Kinser; his son Rodney Kinser of Lakeland, FL; his siblings, David Kinser (Hilda) of Jasper and Kathi Freeman (Tommy) of Chattanooga, TN; and his brother-in-law Carroll Holbrooks of Ellijay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
