He was predeceased by: his siblings, Virginia Edgmon, Raye Edgmon, Joe Edgmon, Kathryn Steen and Marchie Edgmon.
He is survived by: his children, Bulldog and Allison Edgmon Cromie (Marc); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Elder Bickerstaff (Ellie) and Augustus Howard Bickerstaff V (Ward); his stepgrandchildren, Hayden Grace Cromie, Kali Lauren Cromie and Marc William Cromie, Jr.; his daughter Pamela Helms Edgmon; his nieces, Sandra Steen and Raye Lynn Malzhan; and his nephew James Steen.
