It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Effie Jean Pruitt (Ooltewah, Tennessee), who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jim Ramsey and Minnie Ramsey; her husband John Pruitt; her son Donald Pruitt; her grandson John Lynn; her sister Sarah Lynn (Daniel); her sons, Bobby Pruitt (Janice), Eddie Pruitt (Connie) and Danny Pruitt (Donna); her sister Nell Lewis; and her grandchildren, Chrissy Branch (Will), Timmy Pruitt, Ed Pruitt (Christy) and Bobby Pruitt. She was also cherished by four great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews, family and friends.
