She was predeceased by: her parent Jonah Babb; her husband George Cross; her sons, Terry Cross and Ricky Cross; and her siblings, Gertrude "Trudi" Mills, Edith Babb, James Babb and Jonah Babb Jr..
She is survived by: her parent Grace Babb; her daughters, Renee Foster (Chance) of McDonald, TN and Gina Cooper (Stacy) of Ooltewah, TN; her grandsons, Blake Foster (Hope) of Ringgold, GA, Joseph Cross (Jennifer) and Brad Cross; and her siblings, Phyllis Diane Cantrell of Apison, Danny Babb (Betty) of Cleveland, TN and Cecil Babb (Pat) of McDonald, TN. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Elkmont Baptist Church in Doris's memory.
