She was predeceased by: her father William Welch; and her daughter Cassie Vincent. She is survived by: her daughters, Tiffany Vincent of Ooltewah and Samantha Vincent of Chattanooga; and her mother Marjorie Welch of Chattanooga.

We respectfully request that "social distancing", wearing masks, and all CDC measures be adhered to at the cemetery.
