With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Leonard Martin of Ooltewah, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 16, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Charles' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Charles has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Martin and Peggy Kelly Martin. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Guinn Martin; and his brothers, James Martin (Joyce), Joseph Clifford Martin and Byron Kelly (Clara). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tate Funeral Home (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cumberland View Cemetery.
