Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Cecil Hayes of Ooltewah, Tennessee, born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 82, on October 26, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hayes and Betty Hayes (Lane); and his son-in-law Kevin Parker. He is survived by: his wife Sue Cantrell Hayes; his daughter Michelle Parker; his sisters, Coleen Mack, Betty Sue Moody and Carolyn Sawyer; and his grandsons, Jason and Logan Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
