She was predeceased by: her parent Pvt; and her brothers, Wayne, Harold and Ray "Terry" Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Randy "Ed" Dugger; her children, Tammy Michelle Cunningham (Joel) of Birchwood, Michael Sean Dugger of Chattanooga and Mark Anthony Dugger (Nichole) of Chattanooga; her grandchildren, Cassie, Zach, Katie, Brittany, Josie, Logan, Ella, Legend, Ashlyn and Emily; and her siblings, Deb Carpenter (Sam) of Ooltewah, Gloria Beattie of Hixson, Clarence and Leon of Cleveland. She is also survived by many other nephews and nieces and friends.

This includes "social distancing" and wearing masks at all times while on the premises.
