He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hicks and Ella Hicks (Jolley); his wife Wilma Lorraine Hicks; and his siblings, Harold Hicks (Pete), Gonnon Hicks, Kenneth Hicks and Herschell Hicks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Parker of Auburn, GA and Tonja Lowery (Bill) of Harrison; his grandchildren, Brittany Parker, Jade Scott (Lynwood) and Saige Lowery; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Anniston and Stevie; and his goddaughter Stephanie Sanders Trail. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
