We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021, at the age of 92, Betty Jean Passons of Ooltewah, Tennessee, born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Erby Passons, Sr.; her parents, John Clay and Lucille Rogers; her sister Treva Guess; and her great grandchild William Erby Passons, IV.

She is survived by: her children, Erby Passons, Jr. (Janice), Gary (Susan) and Lesa Maupin (Tom) of Franklin, TN.; her brother John Rogers; her aunt Dorotha Bryan Igou; and her grandchildren, William Passons, III (Dana), Kris Passons (Becky), Brad Passons (Samantha), Travis Passons (Melissa), John Maupin (Jayne), Taylor Passons (Amy), Julie Maupin, Melanie Passons and Jeffrey Maupin (Mitzi).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Woodland Park Baptist Church Building Fund, 6735 Standifer Gap Road, Chattanooga, TN, 37421 or AMG International, 6815 Shallowford Road, #1755, Chattanooga, TN, 37421.
