He is survived by: his children, Bettie Griffin (Ric), Don Chastain (Lucia), Ken Chastain (Karen) and Jeannie Hefner (Marty); his grandchildren, Tara Hills, Mandi Gane, Bekki Wade and Tyler Hefner; and his sister Freda Price (Fred).
