He is survived by: his wife Jewell Brake of Only, TN; his children, Shawn Thompson (Jennie) of Summertown, TN and April Holley (Bo) of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Ryan (Amber), Wesley and Dillon Thompson; his children, Dalton West, Ariel Wallace (Dale), Lydia Kelly and Cole Holley; and his sisters, Dorothy Clark, Glenda Leegan (Buddy Todd) and Dwana Hicks (Dale).
