It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zelma Phillips (Oneida, Tennessee), who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Her last act of love was to sew and distribute (always free) face masks for anyone needing them. Several hundred masks were picked up from her carport throughout the pandemic.
