He was predeceased by: his parents, Deloise Lowe and Blanche Raines Lowe; his wife Shirley Ann Gibson Lowe; his sisters, Janice McKamey and Maxine Lowe; and his parents-in-law, Virgil and Grace Gibson.
He is survived by: his sons, Eugene Lowe (Selena), Billy Lowe (Sonya), Jeffrey Lowe (Shannon) and Vernon Lowe (Joni); his stepson Cody Laxton; his grandchildren, Brandi Harris (Sean), Logan Lowe, Chase Lowe (Kira), Chloe Minton (Caney), Elissa Henry (Holden), Braxton King (Joshua), Hunter Lowe, Chelsea Lowe, Justice Lowe, Alexis Lowe, Megan Lowe, Kayli Lowe and Morgan Lowe; his siblings, James, Lenny, Bob, Shelby Jean, Paulette, Annette, Wilma, Imagine, Terry, Connie and Paula; and his close friend James Day. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
