He is survived by: his children, Russell Roysdon (Adam), Mary Butler (Chris) of Oneida, Sherry Phillips of Oneida, Christy Phillips (Eugene) of Robbins and Trish Phillips of Oneida; his siblings, Carolyn Jeffers (Glen) of Paint Rock, Ronnie Phillips of Helenwood, Rannie Phillips (Betty) of Helenwood, JB Phillips of Helenwood, Freddie Phillips (Velma) of Helenwood and Curtis Phillips (Shannon) of Indiana; his close friends, Dallas West, Daniel Boshears, Toby Crabtree and Kaylee Fry; and his brother-in-law Arnold Phillips (Jennie) of Oneida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
