He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Verna Levering of South Charleston, Chester and Oramae Kiser of South Charleston, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Misty Kiser of Oneida, TN; his close friend Jacqueline Rae Byrd of Oneida, TN; his mother Cindy Gibson; his stepfather Wayne Gibson of Helenwood, TN; his brother Matt Kiser (Renee) of Oneida, TN; his half-brothers, Jesse Kiser (Jackie) of London, OH and Shayne Kiser; his children, Latisha Perry (Jordan) of Pine Knot, KY, Whitney Kiser of Pioneer, TN and Caleb Kiser of Pioneer, TN; his granddaughter Myra Perry of Pine Knot, KY; his nephews, Wade Kiser, Austin of Oneida, TN and Ethan Kiser of Bonney Lake, WA; and his father Wayne Kiser of South Charleston, OH. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
