She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. L. Maynard Jeffers and Della Jeffers (Humphrey); her husband William Bowling (Bill); her siblings, Claude Jeffers (Iris), James Jeffers (Faye), Christine Walker (Sherman), Mary Walker (Stanley) and Elizabeth Freels (Dale); her parents-in-law, Harrison and Flora Bowling; her brothers-in-law, Harrison Bowling, Jr. (Ann) and Ben Bailey Bowling (Joyce); her nephew Dennis Jeffers; and her niece Rogetta Chitwood.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherri McCloud (Bill); her granddaughters, Brittney Pettit and Jillian Carroll; her great grandchild Jerra Pettit; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Keeton and Jo Ann Chitwood; and her nieces and nephews, Keith Jeffers, Joe Walker, Ranae Gibson, Ronnie Jeffers, Nancy Hudson, Wade Walker, David Walker, Karen Fritts, Martha Walker, Peggy Bruce, Kathy Stooksbury, Gerald Jeffers, Patricia Terry, Velma Lowe, Rick Keeton, Debbie Reagan, Harris Keeton, Milton Bowling, Marcia Claiborne, Pam Rhody and Lee Ann Seabolt. She is also survived by in-laws, great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Vivian's memory to First Baptist Church in Oneida.
