She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Phillips and Maye Strunk Phillips; her husband Fred Boyatt, Jr.; her brother Hubert Phillips; her brother-in-law Chris Day; and her nephew Patrick Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Chambers (Kevin) and Steve Boyatt (Christel); her siblings, Kenny Phillips (Imy) and Patty Day (Stan Schmit); her grandchildren, Megan Boyatt (Adam), Jordan Chambers (Brittany), Dru Burke (Colby), Jabe Boyatt and Chesnie Boyatt; her great grandchildren, Brogan, Brantlee, Mariana and Remi; and her cousin Hertis Phillips.
