He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorum Judson West, Calvin Green, McArthur Blevins, Wanda West and Maxine Blevins; his great-grandparent Ida Mae West; his aunts, Litha Mae West, Lendy Sarah West and Tonya Denice West; and his great-grandparent Wade Nelson.
He is survived by: his grandparents, Sarah Elizabeth Green, Josephine Chambers, Sheila Spears, Allen West, Sr. and Christopher Spears; his brothers, Troy Dewayne Blevins, II, Craig Blevins and Dustin Blevins; his great-aunt Evie Rae West; his aunt Molly West; and his uncles, Jasper Dorum West, Willard West and James West. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
