He is survived by: his sister Jean Sandifer of Cincinnati, OH; his stepdaughter Carol Phillips (Curtis) of Huntsville, TN; his grandson Jeff Phillips (Hattie) of Huntsville, TN; and his nieces, Teresa Wenning (Dave) of Cincinnati, OH and Lisa Anderson (Glen) of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by many other grandkids, nieces, nephews and friends.
