He is survived by: his wife Neva Harness West; his sons, Tommy Ray (MaKayla) and Anthony Ray (Heather); his siblings, Darrell West (Marsha), Reuben West, Donald Lee West (Linda), Estellene Terry and Darnell West; and his siblings-in-law, Bro. Larry Ellis, Edmond Harness (Buffy), Anita Harness (Dudley), Edna Hicks (Eric) and Shelby Newport (Archie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
