She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Slaven and Doris Wilfong Slaven; her aunt Opal Britt; her sister-in-law Denise Stephens Slaven; and her cousin Timothy Caldwell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kenneth Slaven (Ellen) of Alexandria, KY, David Slaven of Oak Ridge, TN, Vickie and Debbie Slaven of Oneida, TN; her aunts, Freeda Caldwell and Jane Berry; her uncle Danny Wilfong; her nieces and nephews, Kenneth Wayne Slaven, Jr., Keith Slaven, Tiffiny (Brennen Wald) and Breanna Slaven; her great-nephews, Gabrial Conatser, Benjamin, Michael, Isaiah Slaven and Emmett Wald; and her close friends, Tina Winchester, Rita Pemberton and Chris Doyle. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
