She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Powers. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Jean Powers (Lewallen); her daughters, Jessica Ballard-Villa of Lexington, Samantha Ballard of Ohio and Rachel Whitehead (Gary) of Somerset, Kentucky; her partner's children, Seth York and Angelica Paige Butts; her siblings, David Powers, Will Powers and Leslie Powers-Fox; her grandchildren, Bethany LaRaylin Roberts, Brooklyn Malvory Roberts, Jarrod Bailey Staggs, Alexis Grace Hill, Damien Bryson Terry Daris, Allie Whitehead, Khloe Butts, Emma York, Ryan Butts, Lily York, Gunnar Butts, Jordyn York and Gracie Butts; and her close friends, JoAnn Hutson and Crystal Perry.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expense.
