She is survived by: her children, Patricia Cookston (Jay), Willie Michael Ellis and Gary Ellis (Gigi); her grandchildren, Leabertia Kent (Jeff), Christian Ellis (Jennifer), Frazier Ellis, Jason Cookston (Jennifer) and Jonathan Ellis (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Wyatt Kent, Blake, Madilynn Ellis, Trinity Higgins, Kelvin Ellis, Morgan Burnette, Audrey, Chase Cookston, Luke Ellis and Lillith Higgins; her brothers, Donald Roberts (Bernice), David Roberts (Kim) and Bobby (Kay Roberts); and her brother-in-law Russell Ellis (Sharon). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
