He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Smith and Loleta Smith; the mother of his children Sharon Smith; his son Kenneth Smith; and his mother-in-law Eva Buttram.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Reynolds Smith; his children, Levi Smith, Teresa Wirick (Butch), Donnie Smith, Adam Wallace and Amanda Roper; his brother Nolan Deen Shoots (Vicky); and his father-in-law Charles Buttram. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
