He is survived by: his wife Amanda Eaton Chambers; his daughters, Terri Voyles (Tracy) and Kristie Dawn Bagwell (Bobby); and his stepchildren, Dale Eaton (Contesa) and Patricia Mitchell (Eric). He is also survived by grandchildren; (1) great granddaughter; several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
