He was predeceased by: his former wife Martha Tackett; his son Rodney Tackett; and his parents, William Tackett and Hattie Tackett (Hamilton). He is survived by: his children, Robert Tackett, Jr., Dennis Tackett (Pam), Dana Copeland (Jonathan) and Rance Tackett; his grandchildren, Kesley Tackett (Jacob), Skyler Tackett (Grace), Shawn Shackleford, Ella Copeland, Faith Tackett, Lauren Tackett and Hagen Tackett; his great grandchild Baylor Seal; and his siblings, Ronnie Tackett (Phylis), Patty Fowler (Curt) and Billie Faye Henson. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
