He is survived by: his parent Letha Thomas Foster; his children, Robert Thomas Foster (Rachel), Bryon C. Foster (Jimmie), Beverly Warner (Don), Kim Phillips (Shane) and Tami Constantine (Steve); his brothers, Autho Foster (Bo) and Elzie Foster, Jr.; his wife Jean; and his sisters, Ruth Malloy and Doreen Slaven. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
