He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Byrd of Helenwood, TN, Heather Rutherford of Jacksboro, TN, Angie Newport (Allen) of Helenwood, TN, Melissa Jones (Barry) of Oneida, TN, Mary Lee (Danny) of Annadale, TN and Tim Smith (Misty) of Pioneer, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Zac Newport, Dakoda Byrd, Danny Lee Jr., Dusty Lee, Peyton Smith, Gabe Smith, Katelyn Newport, Jacinda Steakley, Kristy Jones, Amber Watters, Peyton Brandburg, Zori Rutherford, Deziree Lee and Zoey Smith. He is also survived by eight great nephews; three great nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
