She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester York and Ella Mae Sanders York; her husband Rev. Alvis Carlie Lewallen; her son Robert Lewallen; and her siblings, Lonnie York, Elmer York, Raymond York, Velma Brewster and Ruby Frogge.
She is survived by: her children, Boyd Lee Lewallen (Sandra) of Robbins, TN, Charlotte Hensley of Dalton, Georgia and Deloris Hanson (Charlie) of Bonita Springs, Florida; and her grandchildren, Stacey Jacobs (Eric), Kasie Jackson (Zac), BJ Lewallen (Nicholeah), Jacob Wright and Eric Hanson. She is also survived by many other special friends and family members.
