She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Whitehead and Noble Whitehead; her sisters, Connie Cross and Debbie Huls; and her daughter Anna Bernice.
She is survived by: her siblings, Cathy Goodman, Richard Whitehead, Wendell Whitehead (Paula), Mickey Whitehead (Coleen) and Randy Whitehead; her daughters, Bertie Myers (Roger Myers), Missy Day and Becky Day; her grandchildren, Patty, Paul (Julie), Jennifer (Jonathan), Rusty, Ray, Amanda, Charlie and Christopher (Krista); and her close friend Ruby Sexton. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
