She was predeceased by: her mother Lula Bell Phillips Cecil; and her brother James Burton Cecil (Betty). She is survived by: her nieces, Brenda Allen of Winfield, Lou Ann Smith (Denny) of Oneida and Stephanie Brook (Tony) of Knoxville; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan Smith, Zach, Natalie Smith, John, Kassie Allen, Jessica, Adam Shinkle, Matthew Brook and Lucas Brook. She is also survived by numerous great great nephews and nieces and her many nursing home friends.
