He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Artie Abbott, Mary Elizabeth Abbott (Chambers), Bertha Bell Abbott, Noah Blevins and Bonnie Blevins (Huckeby).
He is survived by: his parents, Acmon Abbott and Esther Blevins Abbott; his siblings, Jackie Abbott (Patricia) and Tippie A. Younce (Tony); his nieces and nephews, Sarah A. Shepherd (Derek), Alisha Shoemaker, Alex Abbott (Cassie), Ty Younce (Kara) and Tia Johnson (Lee); his caregivers, Tiffany Anderson, Ledford Harness, Brenda Smith, Angelina Slaven, Stacy Lewallen, Kaylee Myers, Savannah Terry, Kayla Crabtree, Sherry Dobbs, Stella Cooper and Carlesa Stewart; and his close friend Judy Laxton. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
