He was predeceased by: his parents, Lansden Carson 'Rodney' and Ivona Jones Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Partin Garrett of Oneida; his children, Julie Garrett Baird (Myke) of Oneida and John Michael Garrett (Faith Bowling); and his granddaughters, Alayna, Carys Baird and Ava Garrett. He is also survived by two brothers and one sister.
