She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Stephens and Flora Stephens (Barnett); her brothers, Larry, John and Little Carl; and her sister-in-law Doris Stephens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Stephens of Huntsville, Lori Burress (Richard) of Helenwood, Tennessee. and Amy West (Chesty) of Helenwood, Tennessee.; her brothers, Donald Stephens (Bonnie) of Burnside and Jerry Wayne Stephens (Beverely) of Somerset, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Jacob Stephens, Kayla Rogers, Amanda Currence, Erin Stephens West, Benjamin Duncan, Hannah Kelley, Ethan Burres, Cheston West and Dante West.
