She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva Bonds and W. A. Whitehead; and her husband Philip C. Smith. She is survived by: her son Robert W. Smith (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Katie Beth Drew (John), William Smallwood, Jr., Robert E. Smallwood, William Smallwood, III (Katie), Dorian S. Smallwood, John R. Smallwood, Harmony Smallwood, Bowen Smallwood, Embry Smallwood, Addison Drew and Taylor Drew. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
