Botts (Carrie) and Chadwick Chambers (Michelle); her grandchildren, Byron, Dustin (Kayla), Mikayla, Eric, Chelsey, Jeremy, Josh, Jasmine, Savannah, Leah, Lucas, Tylene, Dakota, Wylloh, Morgan, Dominick, Dayce, Dac, Praylee and Patience; her great grandchildren, Urijah, Keiley, Brayson, Jenson, Rowan, Ivan and Drace; her sisters, Wilma Jean Newport and June Talley; her niece Decie Buttram; and her close friends, Brenda Owens, Elmer Phillips and Marva. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
