She is survived by: her daughter Jeanie (Jerry Chambers) of Oneida; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn (Phillip Meredith) of Winfield, TN, Rheanna Chambers, TJ and Cole Meredith; her sister Lorene Phillips of Stearns, KY; and her sisters-in-law, Irene Crabtree and Mary Crabtree of Pine Knot, KY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
